Don Bosco Technical & Youth center since its commencement in Pakistan, is striving to bridge the gap between skilled work force produced by DBTC and local and international industries.
As per NAVTTC (National Vocational and Technical Training Commission) vision, DBTC is implementing and focusing job placement as a core mission of vocational trainings.
It entails assessing of a trainee as to what job will be suitable for him, then developing a plan of action to get him a job, and finally executing a plan in a way that he gets a suitable job.
